I visited this lady last week, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I chose her based on the positive reviews, but what I found was completely different. I have never experienced anything like this before.
She did not provide the services we agreed on and could not communicate in English or Dutch. She spent most of the time on her phone and was not focused on the appointment at all.
Without any explanation, she suddenly left the room. A few minutes later, a man walked in and told me to leave. I was shocked — he said he was the landlord of the room she was renting. When I asked what was happening, he checked with her and came back saying she was “not feeling well,” and the appointment was ended immediately.
At that point, I left the room feeling frustrated and disappointed. My paid time was cut short with no proper explanation and no resolution. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I will not return and do not recommend her.
